Timothy M. Pletter is the managing member of Ambrogio, Pletter and Associates, LLC and is a graduate of Brandeis University and Villanova Law School. Tim helps consumers and small-business owners rebuild their lives after job loss, uninsured medical expenses, foreclosure, business problems and insurmountable credit-card debt. He also helps people obtain mortgage loan modifications. Tim has used Connecticut’s Foreclosure Mediation Program to save hundreds of homes since the program’s inception in 2008. Since 1995, he has helped thousands of Connecticut residents save their homes and avoid civil judgments. Tim has been negotiating short sales for homeowners since the mid-1990s. If a client has the courage to ask for help, Tim Pletter has the experience and compassion to guide his clients through bankruptcy, foreclosure and their alternatives, in a non-judgmental way.
Tim is a member of the Consumer Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Tim was recently selected to the 2020 Connecticut Super Lawyers list.
