In December, 2012, Fairfield Living magazine published a list of the top attorneys in Fairfield County covering 66 areas of practice. In order to compile the list, Fairfield Living magazine asked LEXIS-NEXIS Martindale Hubbell, the international legal network with a database of more than 1 million attorneys, to identify the lawyers in our area who have achieved the highest levels of ethical and professional excellence. The list was based upon confidential surveys conducted by LEXIS-NEXIS Martindale Hubbell asking local attorneys and judges to rate the work of their peers using knowledge of the law and experience as the criteria.

Attorney Timothy M Pletter was listed among the top bankruptcy lawyers in Fairfield County and was rated “AV Preeminent”, the highest peer review available.
